All content licensed from iStock must be used in accordance of the Content License Agreement (http://www.istockphoto.com/license.php the “Agreement”). As per section 4(a)10, you may not sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute the Content or the rights granted under this Agreement.
 
As a good faith belief is held that the above mentioned use has not been authorized, we require that the infringing content immediately be removed.
 
Under penalty of perjury I state that the information provided in this notice is accurate, and that such notice may be submitted on behalf of iStock and its contributor.
 
A response within 5 business days from the date of this email is expected to confirm the above required removal has taken place.
