At low zooms I'm now filtering out all images with a score less than the median score of the zoom level. This removes low score images (mostly with wrong coordinates) that would pop in the oceans. Over all this better reflects the spatial density of geocoded images in Commons. I'll add an option to disable this median filtering in the near future.
