I am legal counsel to Lauren Cisneros, a Colorado-based photographer who does business as HIYAH Photo and Video. https://www.hiyahphoto.com/ The following referenced photograph as published on Wikipedia and Wikimedia is an infringement of one of Ms. Cisneros’ photographs Dragon Bravo Fire Pyrocumulus, which is registered with the US Copyright Office. The photograph is incorrectly identified as "public domain." Ms. Lauren Cisneros is an independent photographer and does not work for the Federal Government in any capacity, therefore it is not public domain. The photographer does not approve of the use of her photograph on Wiki and is being harmed by the incorrect labeling of this photograph as "public domain".
