DMCA Violation Regarding Little Rascals/Our Gang Shorts
Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing to ask for immediate removal of the files all 17 Little Rascal/Our Gang short films (below) which were illegally ripped from our Blu-rays and posted on your site.
We spent over $70,000 to license the films, scan and restore them, then release these films on Blu-ray, and OUR BLU-RAY RELEASES OF THE FILMS ARE PROTECTED BY THE DMCA as the copies posted on your site were acquired by illegally bypassing the encryption on our Blu-ray releases to steal our content (as admitted to on your page under "source").
And regardless of whether they are PD or not (and the 1931 releases are not), federal law under the DMCA still protects content creators such as home video labels from having their content ripped so please remove all 17 titles at once.
