Suggest to remote GFDL

Hi! GFDL is not a good license for media files so it has been banned on Commons. There is a discussion in c:Commons:Village_pump/Proposals#List_of_wikis_with_files_and_GFDL-only_in_MediaWiki:Licenses_(change_GFDL_cut-off_date) to change the cut off date and it would look good if we could strike wmf from the list of wikis that suggest GFDL. It will not make a big change here because it has been many years since anyone actually uploaded a file with the license GFDL. Its just a good signal if wmf could remove it too.
