Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees Meeting

- In attendance: Ting Chen, Jan-Bart de Vreede, Patricio Lorente, Jimmy Wales, Kat Walsh, Stu West, Alice Wiegand, Samuel Klein, Geoff Brigham (Wikimedia Foundation's General Counsel and Board Secretary), and Stephen Laporte (Wikimedia Foundation Legal Counsel assisting Geoff).
After sending proper notice on December 23, 2012, Kat called to order a special meeting of the Board of Trustees at 18:00 UTC.
The Trustees in attendance discussed and agreed on the reappointment of Bishakha Datta for a new term as a Trustee, voting unanimously in favor of the following resolution:
Resolved, that Bishakha Datta is appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees for an additional two-year term, beginning January 1, 2013, and continuing until December 31st, 2014.
The Trustees in attendance then voted unanimously to adopt these minutes.
