RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves and authorizes the selection of Michał Buczyński to fill one of the seats selected by the 2025 Community- and Affiliate selection process; and
RESOLVED, that Michał Buczyński is appointed to the Board of Trustees (“Board”), for a term beginning on December 10, 2025 and continuing until December 31, 2028 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
