Whereas, a committee has been formed to draft a Movement Charter; and
Whereas, the Board of Trustees wishes to support the Movement Charter drafting process;
Now, therefore, it is
RESOLVED, that the Board appoints Nataliia Tymkiv and Shani Evenstein Sigalov as liaisons to the Movement Charter Drafting Committee.
