Resolved, effective February 1, 2023, that the Board appoints Wikimedia Foundation General Counsel Stephen LaPorte as Board Secretary, a non-trustee officer with the powers and authorities granted in the Bylaws and resolutions, thereby replacing the previous Secretary.
