RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees appoints the following Trustees to serve as officers of the Board pursuant to the Bylaws:
Chair: Lorenzo Losa (per resolution on August 4, 2025) Vice Chairs: Kathy Collins, Raju Narisetti
RESOLVED, that the Board updates the membership of the Board committees, pursuant to the charters for each committee, as follows:
Executive Committee
- Chair: Board Chair (currently Lorenzo Losa)
- Members: Vice-Chairs (currently Kathy Collins and Raju Narisetti)
- Alternates: Maciej Nadzikiewicz, Christel Steigenberger
- Staff Liaison: Deputy Chief of Staff (Currently Margo Lee)
Audit Committee
- Chair: Kathy Collins (continuing from 2023 appointment)
- Members: Luis Bitencourt-Emilio, Raju Narisetti
