| This resolution to fill the remaining vacant appointed seat on the Board of Trustees was approved unanimously on March 17. |
Resolved, that the Board invites Bishakha Datta to fill the currently vacant board-appointed trustee position and serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation. Her initial term will be until December 31, 2010, and may be renewed or extended before that date.
