RESOLVED, that the Board updates the membership of the Board committees, pursuant to the charters for each committee, as follows:
Executive Committee
- Chair: Board Chair (currently Nataliia Tymkiv)
- Members: Vice-Chairs (currently Kathy Collins and Lorenzo Losa)
- Alternates: Shani Evenstein Sigalov, Esra'a Al Shafei (as a Board liaison to the Human Rights policy), Christel Steigenberger (as a recommended second Board liaison to the Human Rights policy)
- Staff Liaison: Deputy Chief of Staff (currently Margo Lee)
