This resolution updating the donor privacy policy with some technical amendments to the June 2011 version was approved unanimously on October 3, 2011. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees approves the second version of the updated donor privacy policy as presented by the Foundation's General Counsel. This version is a technical amendment: it includes some small modifications that were determined appropriate during the Foundation's preparation for the fundraiser to ensure greater transparency and incorporate certain rights for donors. The Board maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors and wishes to ensure that its policies accurately reflect the practices of the organization in all respects.
