Whereas, the Board Liaison to the Human Rights policy is an alternate on the Executive Committee,
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board appoints Victoria Doronina as Board Liaison to the Human Rights policy; and
RESOLVED, that the Executive Committee membership is as follows:
- Chair: Board Chair (currently Nataliia Tymkiv)
- Members: Vice-Chairs (currently Kathy Collins and Lorenzo Losa)
- Alternates: Shani Evenstein Sigalov, Esra’a Al Shafei (as a Board liaison to the Human Rights policy), Christel Steigenberger (as a second Board liaison to the Human Rights policy), Victoria Doronina (as an additional Board liaison to the Human Rights policy)
- Staff Liaison: Deputy Chief of Staff (currently Margo Lee)
