- The Board shall meet the 1st Tuesday of every month at 11:30 UTC.
- All Board meetings will adjourn not later than 13:00 UTC unless extended by unanimous vote of all members present at the meeting.
- All items to be voted upon, with the possible exception of sudden emergency items, will be placed on the agenda at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
