Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorizes the selection of Nataliia Tymkiv to fill one of the seats selected by the 2019 affiliate selection process; and
Resolved, that Nataliia Tymkiv is appointed to the Board, for a term beginning on August 15, 2019 and continuing until September 1, 2022 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
