Whereas, the current term on the Board of Trustees for Nataliia Tymkiv expires on November 1, 2025;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board extends the term for Nataliia Tymkiv on the Board of Trustees until January 1, 2026, or until the Board appoints a replacement for the seat, whichever comes first.
