Whereas, the 2025 Community- and Affiliate selection process has concluded with the selection of two candidates to be appointed as trustees to the seats currently held by Shani Evenstein Sigalov and Mike Peel;
Whereas, Shani and Mike’s terms on the Board would normally conclude with the appointment of their replacements; and
Whereas, Shani and Mike have some additional Board work to conclude, particularly with the Community Affairs Committee, and the Board has requested they remain as Trustees to complete this work;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that Shani Evenstein Sigalov’s and Mike Peel’s terms on the Board of Trustees are extended until January 1, 2026.
