Hello Ainali! We publish the text of the resolutions just as the Board votes on them. The consent agenda is a set of resolutions that the Board votes on at once. For the consent agenda resolutions, we list the resolutions they are voting on under “References.” When you look at the list of the resolutions on the resolution page, you’ll see that those two resolutions are indented under the consent agenda.
