How to help young teenagers to grow

First you have to listen about their needs. be a good listener and communicator with excellent communication skills to help her or him to voice out their troubles. have a guide of teaching her or him respect. live to love her to all of he/his mistakes. teacher her about honesty. make her/him to feel your presence as a parent. don't be so quickly to act or to be angry just be calm to listen to her/him .

Let's just create better future world of teenagers to let them grow in our care let them to do their mistakes but be their guide on words on what ever step he or she takes.
