Hi.
Welcome to this wiki (and I guess to the Wikimedia Foundation). You've really dived in, haven't you?
I've removed your image addition to Template:Staff and contractors in this edit. At a minimum, the image used needs to be roughly the same dimensions (aspect ratio) as all of the other images on the page. Ideally it would also be a similar headshot/pose/crop/etc., but that's not strictly necessary. The image is fine for your user page, however. I'll be honest, though, I'm still not sure what this is supposed to be. It's a picture of you holding a PHP condom? I don't really follow.
