Resolved, the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorizes the selection of James Heilman to fill one of the seats selected by the Summer 2017 Board Elections for the coming term.
Resolved, James Heilman is appointed to the Board, for a term of three years beginning on August 10, 2017, and continuing until September 1, 2020, or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
This Resolution will be effective as of August 10, 2017.
