| The Approving the Wikimedia Foundation 2018-19 Annual Plan was approved by the Board of Trustees on June 12, 2018 |
Resolved, the Board of Trustees hereby approves management's proposed annual plan for the 2018-19 fiscal year, which includes $93.1 million of revenues and $92.9 million of expenses, including $5 million of contribution to the Endowment; and
Resolved, during the year, if management anticipates the reserves will differ materially from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Chair of the Audit Committee promptly.
