To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to avail myself of my rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. This letter is a Notice of Infringement as authorized in § 512(c) of the U.S. Copyright Law. I wish to report an instance of what I feel in good faith is an example of Copyright Infringement, the infringing material appearing on the Wikimedia Foundation website and/or its affiliated websites, the Service for which I believe you are the designated agent. The material which I contend belongs to me is a closed letter that has been reproduced and uploaded publicly to Wikimedia without my express permission as copyright holder.
