EduWiki Campaign survey privacy statement
Purpose of survey
Thank you for your interest in the Wikipedia Education Program! This survey will help us better understand the awareness of the Wikipedia Education Program ("Program"), gauge interest in joining the Program, receive feedback about using materials provided by the Program, learn about the results of using materials provided by the Program, and assist us with preparing a database of expert contacts who can act as resources for future educators who want to use Wikipedia in educational contexts.
What we collect
This survey will collect several types of information. In addition to questions about your awareness and use of the Wikipedia Education Program, we will also ask for your name, username, age, and geographical location.
