Whereas the Funds Dissemination Committee has requested that the Board extend the terms of current FDC members so that they may contribute to the FDC’s participation in the movement strategy process;
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees (Board) appoints the following members to the Funds Dissemination Committee (FDC) for a term beginning on September 1, 2018 and continuing for one year, or until the appointment of their replacement, whichever is the later:
- Garfield Byrd
- Anne Clin
- Bishakha Datta
- Candelaria Laspeñas
- Approve
- Maria Sefidari (Chair), Christophe Henner (Vice Chair), Dariusz Jemielniak, James Heilman, Nataliia Tymkiv, Raju Narisetti, and Esra'a Al Shafei
- Not Present
- Jimmy Wales, Tanya Capuano
