We recently learned that someone named Jose Aldrin posted our JAVA Coffee Logo ® (shown below) to your Wikimedia Commons website, listing it as his own work, and suggesting that the logo is available for use and modification by anyone. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Java-Debugging-Tips-881x441.jpg. <image> Oracle understands that Mr. Aldrin placed the JAVA Coffee Logo on a background, and that the background may or may not be Mr. Aldrin's own work. But the logo itself is protected by copyright as well as by trademark registrations in the United States and throughout the world. It should not be listed on your website as available for use, and I have a good faith belief that Oracle did not authorize its posting there.
