Whereas, Nataliia Tymkiv's current term on the Board of Trustees is set to end on September 1, 2022; and
Whereas, the Board of Trustees wishes to appoint Nataliia Tymkiv for an additional term, regardless of the outcome of the 2022 Community- and Affiliate-selected Trustee selection process;
Now, therefore, it is
RESOLVED, that Nataliia Tymkiv is reappointed to the Board as a Board-selected Trustee, for a term beginning on September 1, 2022, and continuing until November 1, 2025, or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
