RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves and authorizes the selection of Shani Evenstein Sigalov to fill one of the seats selected by the 2022 Community- and Affiliate selection process; and
RESOLVED, that Shani Evenstein Sigalov is appointed to the Board of Trustees for a term beginning on December 7, 2022, and continuing until December 31, 2025, or until the Board appoints a replacement for the seat, whichever comes first.
