| This resolution was approved on June 20, 2024. |
Whereas, the current terms on the Board of Trustees for Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight, Victoria Doronina, and Lorenzo Losa expire on November 1, 2024;
Whereas, the Board of Trustees plans to fill these Trustees seats based on the results of the 2024 Community- and Affiliate-selected Trustee selection process; and
Whereas, the Board’s first scheduled meeting after the selection process results are final will not be until December 2024;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board extends the terms for Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight, Victoria Doronina, and Lorenzo Losa on the Board of Trustees until January 1, 2025, or until the Board appoints a replacement for the seat, whichever comes first.
