Introduction
- The Chair will call the meeting to order.
Operations update
- The Executive Director will briefly report on the Foundation's activities since the previous Board meeting.
Form 990
- The Treasurer and the Executive Director will provide an overview of the Form 990 paperwork for the Foundation's fiscal year 2016-2017, to be filed with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Annual Plan
- Following a presentation from the Executive Director and Treasurer, the Board will discuss the Foundation's programmatic priorities and proposed budget for fiscal year 2018-2019.
Executive Session
- The Board will reserve time for confidential discussion without staff present, as needed.
