RESOLVED Whereas, the Final Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan for fiscal year 2019-20 includes a commitment to contribute $5 million to the Wikimedia Endowment;
Now, therefore, it is:
Resolved, the Wikimedia Board of Trustees agrees to contribute $5 million in FY 2019-20 to the Wikimedia Endowment.
