RESOLVED Whereas, the Final Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan for fiscal year 2019-2020 includes a commitment to contribute US$5 million to the Wikimedia Endowment;
Now, therefore, it is:
Resolved, the Wikimedia Board of Trustees agrees to contribute US$5 million in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Wikimedia Endowment.
