Resolved, that the Board of Trustees hereby approves management's proposed 2017-18 annual plan, which includes US$76.8 million of revenues and US$78.8 million of expenses, including US$5 million of contribution to the Endowment, and additionally US$2 million of non-recurring expenses to be funded through the reserve; and
Resolved, during the year, if management anticipates the reserves will differ materially from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Chair of the Audit Committee promptly.
