| This resolution approving the 2007 Board elections was approved by vote (7 supports) on 12 July 2007. |
Whereby
- The election officials have submitted to the Board the final election report from the June/July 2007 election for three new board members.
Resolved that:
- The board approves the overall election results and thanks the election committee for their hard work.
- The board welcomes all three new members to the board in accordance with the bylaws of the Wikimedia Foundation.
