Resolved, that the Board of Trustees (“Board”) appoints the following Trustees to serve as officers of the Board pursuant to the bylaws:
- Chair: Patricio Lorente
- Vice Chair: Alice Wiegand
Resolved, that the Board appoints the following Trustees to serve on the committees pursuant to the committee charters:
- Governance Committee
- Members: Frieda Brioschi, Dariusz Jemielniak, Alice Wiegand
- Human Resources Committee
- Members: Jan-Bart de Vreede, Patricio Lorente
- Audit Committee
- Members: Stu West, Denny Vrandečić, Alice Wiegand
- Affiliations Committee liaisons: James Heilman, Alice Wiegand
- Funds Dissemination Committee liaisons: Jan-Bart de Vreede, Dariusz Jemielniak
This Resolution will be effective as of July 16, 2015.
