Resolved, The Board of Trustees hereby approves the financial funding recommendation of the Funds Dissemination Committee for 2015-2016, Round 1, consistent with the Funds Dissemination Committee Charter, and directs that the Executive Director implement the Board's funding approval on behalf of the Foundation, within her authority and discretion.
The Board commends the FDC and staff for their thoughtful work in this process, and for making decisions that support and advance the Wikimedia movement.
