Resolved, the Board of Trustees approves the financial funding allocation recommendations of the Funds Dissemination Committee for 2016-2017 (Round 2) for the following organizations: Centre for Internet and Society, Wikimedia Armenia, and Wikimedia Norge.
Further Resolved, the Board of Trustees directs the Executive Director, within her authority and discretion, to issue grants to these organizations on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation.

Resolved, the Board of Trustees provisionally approves the financial funding allocation recommendations of the Funds Dissemination for 2016-2017 (Round 2) for Wikimedia France, contingent on the Wikimedia Foundation Executive Director's satisfaction with the organization's progress on following the Funds Dissemination Committee's recommendations and other financial and governance best practices.
