Whereas the Foundation seeks to plan its income and expenses for the Fiscal Year 2007-2008,
It is hereby resolved that:
- The Board approves the 2007-2008 Budget as presented at the October 2007 Board meeting, in the amount of $4,611,125 USD in expenditures.
