| This resolution was approved at the July 16, 2015 meeting of the Board of Trustees in Mexico City. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorizes the selection of Denny Vrandečić to fill one of the seats selected by the Summer 2015 Board Elections for the coming term.
Resolved, that Denny Vrandečić is appointed to the Board, for a term of two years beginning on July 15, 2015, and continuing until September 1, 2017, or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
This Resolution will be effective as of July 16, 2015.
