Whereas the staff title of "Chief Executive Officer" more clearly communicates the scope of the Foundation's Executive Director's duties than the title of "Executive Director" alone; and
Whereas the Human Resources Committee has reviewed and recommended this change;
Now, therefore, be it:
RESOLVED that the Wikimedia Foundation's Executive Director be given the additional staff title of "Chief Executive Officer."
