Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorize the selection of Frieda Brioschi to fill one of the seats selected by Chapters and Thematic Organizations for the coming term.
Resolved, that Frieda Brioschi is appointed to the Board of Trustees ("Board"), for a term of two years beginning on August 7, 2014, and continuing until September 1, 2016 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
This Resolution will be effective as of August 7, 2014.
