It is hereby resolved that:
- The Board appoints Jan-Bart de Vreede to serve for another one-year term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, beginning immediately after the end of his current term on December 31, 2007.
Approved with 5 support votes, Jan-Bart de Vreede abstains, Michael Davis not present, at Board meeting, October 7, 2007.
