This resolution authorizing the advertisement of the position "Legal Coordinator" was approved by vote (6 supports, 1 abstention) on 18 March 2007.

Whereas the Foundation is in need of qualified legal assistance and legal coordination of volunteers and pro bono help,

• The Foundation will advertise the position of 'Legal Coordinator', to be specified by Kat Walsh, as a full-time or part-time position for a US lawyer.

Motioned, seconded, and approved at Board meeting March 18, 2007 (6 support votes and 1 abstention) in St. Petersburg, Florida.
