| This resolution authorizing the leasing of office space was approved by written vote on 23 January 2006. |
Whereas the Foundation needs office space to manage its operations, the Board hereby approves:
- The Treasurer is authorized to lease office space for the Foundation.
- The lease shall be a month-to-month lease at approximated US$500 per month.
- Wikia, Inc. has office space located adjacent to the proposed Foundation space and has generously offered to donate part of its office space to the Foundation if needed by the Foundation.
Board approves by written vote.
