Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorize the selection of Patricio Lorente to fill one of the seats selected by Chapters and Thematic Organizations for the coming term.
Resolved, that Patricio Lorente is appointed to the Board, for a term of two years beginning on August 7, 2014, and continuing until September 1, 2016 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
This Resolution will be effective as of August 7, 2014.
