Whereas, Esra'a Al Shafei's term as Committee Chair for the Product & Technology Committee ends this year;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees appoints Lorenzo Losa as Committee Chair for the Product & Technology Committee; and
RESOLVED, that the Product & Technology Committee membership is as follows:
- Chair: Lorenzo Losa
- Members: Esra'a Al Shafei, Shani Evenstein Sigalov, Luis Bitencourt-Emilio
- Alternates: Victoria Doronina, Mike Peel, Jimmy Wales
- Staff Liaison: Chief Product and Technology Officer (currently Selena Deckelmann)
