Per the recommendation of the Chapters Committee, which confirms that the structure and bylaws of Wikimedia España comply with the current requirements and guidelines for future chapters, it is hereby resolved that:
理事会理事は、ウィキメディア・スペインを公式に国別協会と認定した。
The Board of Trustees grant Wikimedia España interim permission to use the Wikimedia trademarks pending signature of the Chapters Agreement.
This recognition starts on the day Wikimedia España becomes an organisation recognized by the relevant official Spanish authorities.
