Whereas, the Board of Trustees has reviewed the Consent Agenda as distributed via email in advance of the December 9, 2020 Board meeting;
Now, therefore, it is
RESOLVED, that the Board ratifies, approves, and/or adopts the items of the Consent Agenda.
