Whereas, Raju Narisetti wishes to step down as Committee Chair for the Talent & Culture Committee,
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board appoints Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight as Committee Chair for the Talent & Culture Committee; and
RESOLVED, that the Talent & Culture Committee membership is as follows:
- Chair: Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight
- Members: Dariusz Jemielniak, Raju Narisetti
- Alternates: Tanya Capuano, Luis Bitencourt-Emilio, Nataliia Tymkiv
- Staff Liaison: Chief Talent & Culture Officer (currently performed by Maryana Iskander)
