| This vote unanimously approved updating Wikimedia's Terms of Use. It was passed on March 5, 2012. |
Resolved that the Board of Trustees approves the updated Terms of Use, as presented by the Foundation's General Counsel. This policy was created after a thorough and wide-ranging consultation with the Wikimedia community to create clarity and transparency around the rights and responsibilities of Wikimedia and the users of the projects.
